Return & Refund Policy

At Tyagi’s Food Mart, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide fresh and quality Indian groceries every time you shop.

Returns

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen food) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
  • Non-perishable items (packaged goods, spices, etc.) can be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.
  • Please keep your receipt or order confirmation for all returns.

Refunds

  • If an item is damaged, incorrect, or expired, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
